Your upcoming role In your role as a Vehicle Controller, you will be part of the vehicle team at SJ Krösa. The Vehicle Controller supports and ensures quality delivery to the end customer by coordinating and optimizing the planning process of vehicle units to meet traffic safety regulations, maintenance plans, and agreements.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan maintenance schedules and cycles for 3–14 days ahead
• Follow up on operational disruptions in vehicles and communicate these with maintenance providers and clients
• Together with maintenance providers and clients, lead daily management and planning meetings
• Maintain and follow up weekly plans considering the vehicles' workshop slots
• Plan and follow up cleaning activities with the provider for daily maintenance

Expectations for the candidate

We are looking for a Vehicle Controller who thrives in a dynamic environment where conditions can change rapidly.

You are structured, goal-oriented, and driven by working with planning and vehicle issues. In this role, you are a key player coordinating planning between SJ Krösa's traffic management and maintenance providers, and therefore have a very good ability to collaborate and build relationships. You have the ability to balance and manage multiple contact points and tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge and experience

• You have developed a very good ability to collaborate and build relationships through your experience.
• You have a university degree with a technical/logistics focus or equivalent work experience
• You have knowledge and the ability to interpret traffic cycles
• You have very good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.

The position is located in Nässjö and is permanent with a 6-month probationary period and will be filled as soon as possible or according to agreement.
